Before Submitting a Ticket!!!

To help us help you please check your computer configuration -- click here to test your computer configuration. Then give us a detailed description of what is not working.

Notice: we cannot help you with your own computer set up. There are too many issues outside of our control. If possible you should try to access your class from another computer and from another location. If things work there then it is likely your computer is not configured correctly. Use the link to test your computer above. It gives you some guidelines on how to configure your own computer. We do want to know of issues that may be a problem on our side and appreciate your input.

You will notice that we ask you for your ID and your password. There are some things we can only check when logged in as you. If you are uncomfortable giving out your password you can change it in Moodle while we check things out. You can then change it back when we are done. We are not able to see passwords for your own privacy.
